Our Paloma is as vibrant and refreshing as it looks! With the first sip, you’ll be awakened by the lively symphony of grapefruit and lime. The bright and tangy grapefruit juice dances on your palate, perfectly balanced by a squeeze of zesty lime juice. The tequila adds depth and sophistication while the finish is crisp and invigorating, leaving you craving another sip of this citrusy sensation.

Our Paloma is made with El Rayo tequila, which takes its name from Mexican folklore, with tales of a great bolt of lightning – El Rayo – striking the blue agave in the hills near Tequila. We use their Plata tequila, which perfectly captures the vibrant flavours of Mexico’s majestic blue agave plant. Herbal aromas give way to bright citrus notes warmed by a hint of peppery spice. To complete the drink we add fresh grapefruit and lime juice.
