Our Mojito is made with Suffolk Distillery white rum, which takes inspiration from the beautiful rural landscape of Suffolk. Very local to us, their distillery produces a range of spirits with a blend of exotic and locally sourced natural botanicals. We infuse this with fresh mint, and add sugar syrup to get the perfect amount of sweetness.
